Considerando o princípio da legalidade.

Considerando que os Procedimentos no âmbito da Comissão serão através de atos virtuais e físicos.

Considerando que a Fundação no prazo de 180(cento e oitenta) deve demandar as soluções institucionais no que concerne a sua situação institucional, conforme deliberações junto ao Ministério Público Estadual, nos termos do Edital 4/2018, expedido na data de quinta-feira, 24 de maio de 2018.
